When the staining technique comprises of less than three dyes, the unused vectors should be set to 0, 0, 0. Vectors: This is a 3×3 matrix of values representing the absorbance (with values in the range 0 to 1) of the red, green and blue (RGB) components of up to three different dyes to be unmixed. Avoid using lossy-compressed file formats (like JPEG). Input: A 24bit RGB image (or a stack of images) must be opened in ImageJ. A public run method can be used to call the plugin from other programs without user interaction. The plugin can be used interactively through the ImageJ GUI and it is macro-recordable.
